The Spinner is a fully enclosed hydroponic growth chamber in which the individual plants are automatically rotated on their axis, exposing the entire plant to a centrally mounted light source. The roots are automatically fed via "flood-and-drain", and the atmosphere is controlled via one 125 CFM exhaust fan. What this means is that the plants within the Spinner receive the ultimate care, with very little maintenance. Typically the Spinner yields a greater dry plant mass with approximately 450 watts of power than a traditional hydroponic system using over 1000 watts. We recommend that the Spinner be run with a 600 HPS light/ballast for optimal results.

The Spinner comes with all of the hardware needed to stack them. Three Spinners stand approximately 8.5’ tall, so they easily fit in most standard ceiling spaces.

Syphon valves in the Spinner allow the operator to feed the top unit and have the feeding solution gravity fed to the Spinners below (while stacked). This feature saves money, power and time by using just one inexpensive pump to feed the entire stack of Spinners.
